OXON Battery warrants its batteries to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. And, it’s for a period of up to 12 months from the date of shipment. These warranties are not valid if the battery packs have been engraved by purchaser or the date code information is removed. Damaged boxes are not accepted.
Shipping and other relevant costs to return are covered by purchasers.
The RMA number should be visible on the shipping boxes when returning the goods. Please contact our Customer Service at sales@oxonbattery.com to provide you a valid RMA number.
